Yamatonikudori (Nara’s chicken) course
Yamatonikudori is used as ginger flavored carpaccio, salad with boiled breast meat, leg steak seasoned with coarse salt only, chicken pan with lots of vegetables and mushrooms. Enjoy with local dry sake – “Harushika” and “Umenoyado”. Yamatonikudori sukiyaki course is available too.

Seasonal appetizers, salad with spicy dressing, seafood with chili tomato basil sauce. The unique taste of the special sauce stimulates your appetite. Main dish is Mochibuta pork’s sparerib cooked with gravy sauce. Soft and juicy with collagen! Served with Nasi Goreng, fried egg sunny-side up on top.
